Return Policy
This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which Sieveskeleton accepts returns and cancellations for physical products and session registrations.
Physical Products
Printed materials such as field guides, journals, and trail map sets may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, resalable condition with original packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Digital audio guides are non-returnable once the download link has been accessed.
Session Registrations
Cancellations for registered outdoor sessions are subject to the following terms:
- Full refund available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session date.
- Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the session receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future session.
- Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the session are non-refundable.
- Sessions cancelled by us due to severe weather or safety concerns will be rescheduled or fully refunded at your choice.

Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
